Welcome to www.lovestorybooksandcafe.com, operated by IT’S A LOVE STORY LLC. These terms govern website use. Non-compliance means you cannot use the site. Rules may change anytime, posted without notice.

1.0 Site Services

2.0 Your Rights

2.4 EU residents may delete accounts and content anytime by logging in and requesting deletion. Processing takes days; some shared content may persist. Registration information retained for business and compliance purposes.

Third-party account connections and data sharing
Mobile device data costs
Stolen or copied content
User-generated content risks

3.2 Company reserves rights to end services, stop user access, or delete content anytime without prior notice and without compensation.

4.0 Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks belong to the company or attributed parties. Unauthorized use violates U.S. federal law and may result in damages and injunctions. Users cannot copy, screenshot, repost, or modify intellectual property. Users grant the company perpetual licenses to all submitted materials including comments, blog entries, social media postings, photos, and videos.

5.0 This Agreement

5.1 Third-party service terms (payment services) control if conflicting with these terms.

5.2 If any provision is unenforceable, remaining rules stay valid.

5.3 Rule changes require written notice. Non-enforcement doesn’t waive future rights.

5.4 Company reserves all unexpressed rights.

5.5 Only the company and user have rights; no third-party beneficiaries.

5.6 Users cannot transfer rights without consent; company may assign rights or obligations.

6.0 Advertising, Affiliates, and Testimonials

The site uses affiliate links and advertising. Company disclaims liability for purchases through these links. Testimonials reflect individual experiences; your results with any particular product or service may vary.

7.0 Refunds, Access & Payment Collection

7.1 Refunds:

Books are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging and condition for refunds. Returns after 30 days receive store credit. Damaged items or returns not in original condition may receive store credit instead of refunds. Contact hello@lovestorybooksandcafe.com to initiate returns. Subscription boxes are non-refundable but damaged products qualify for support contact.

7.2 Service Modifications:

Company may discontinue services without notice. If a paid product lacks specified duration, it remains available minimum 90 days or during company support, whichever is longer. “Lifetime access” language means access during the program’s lifetime, not the user’s lifetime.
