Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

We like to have fun, but we take our business seriously. We’d appreciate your careful consideration of the service and products available on the site, and we advise you to make your purchases of any of our offers, products, or services carefully.

The following return guidelines apply:

  • Books: We do not allow returns for refunds on books.
  • Other Items: If returned within 30 days or less of purchase in good condition, customers receive either a credit or refund. Items returned after this timeframe qualify for store credit only.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. Products not meeting these standards may result in store credit instead of refund, or the item may be reshipped to the customer.
  • Return Process: Customers can initiate returns by contacting hello@lovestorybooksandcafe.com
  • Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes are not available for refund due to the nature of their contents. However, if you receive damaged products, please email customer support.
